Delivery

Hydro-Force-Kayaks is a trading name of Fishkit Ltd.

Fishkit Ltd fulfil orders on behalf of hydro-force-kayaks.

We aim to post goods immediately after receipt of your order but as demand may be high at certain times, please allow seven days for dispatch. 

Free Delivery for goods are to addresses within Mainland United Kingdom only (some Highland areas are excluded also); should you wish for a delivery to be made outside of this area we may still be able to deliver, please contact us so that we can make arrangements.

International Delivery

Where international delivery is available, delivery costs are calculated at checkout. The payment of any duties and taxes when goods are received are the responsibility of the buyer/receiver.

You, the customer, are responsible for all taxes and duties (including VAT) imposed by your country of residence.

Fishkit Ltd is not responsible for any packages held by international customs agencies and it is not the responsibility of Fishkit Ltd ! to make the customer aware of these agencies and their actions. Please check with your country's customs office to determine their procedures and any potential charges.

If you neglect to pick up your package and it is returned to us, we will not refund the charge for original shipping.

Should Fishkit Ltd mistakenly be invoiced directly for any duties or fees from the shipping company after delivery, we will email an invoice for the balance due. This will need to paid immediately.

As with domestic shipping, if a package can't be delivered due to an error entering your shipping address, Fishkit ltd is not responsible for any additional fees that may incur in order to reroute or reship the package.
